    Ruling by the Göta Court of Appeal: Employees’ responsibility for their salary claims

    In a complex legal context in which the focus is on employees’ obligations in the event of bankruptcy, the Göta Court of Appeal has recently issued a ruling that could have far-reaching consequences for how claims for salary and similar remuneration should be dealt with in the event of bankruptcy.
