Chippewas of Nawash Unceded First Nation v. Canada (Attorney General) is a 125-page decision dealing with the claim of the Saugeen Ojibway Nation to submerged lands in Lake Huron and Georgian Bay. The claim was mostly unsuccessful.

The global economy has suffered a massive hit from the COVID-19 pandemic. The collective impact of disruptions to supply chains and falling consumer demand have caused many businesses to suffer varying degrees of financial stress with some having to recapitalise or refinance.
