The company reports $1 to $10 billion in both assets and liabilities.

Mattress Firm’s petition estimates its assets and liabilities to both be between $1–$10 billion.
New MACH Gen, LLC, along with four subsidiaries and affiliates, has filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 18-11368). MACH Gen, headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, owns and operates three natural gas-fired electricity generating facilities across the United States.

The Debtor’s list of top 20 creditors only includes one party—Universal Semiconductor, Inc.
Katy Industries, Inc., (OTC:KATY) a manufacturer, importer and distributor of commercial cleaning solutions and customer storage products, and 13 of its affiliates, has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 17-11101 KJC). The petiton lists between $1 and $10 million in assets and between $50 and $100 million in liabilities.
