The Petition estimates the Debtors’ assets and liabilities to both be between $500 million – $1 billion.

Vitamin World, Inc., along with eight of its affiliates and subsidiaries, has filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 17-11933). In the Petition, Vitamin World reports $50 million to $100 million in assets and $10 million to $50 million in liabilities.
On March 16, 2016, Judge Shannon of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware rejected a proposed fee structure for Baker Botts L.L.P., which was proposed counsel to the debtors in In re New Gulf Resources, LLC. His ruling is the latest development from that court on the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in Baker Botts L.L.P. v.

The Woodbridge Group of Companies, LLC, a real estate finance and development company based in Sherman Oaks, CA, has filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, along with two hundred and seventy five subsidiaries and affiliates (Lead Case No. 17-12560).
