    Droit des poursuites et faillites durant la crise du coronavirus : Questions et réponses

    En raison de la situation exceptionnelle liée à la pandémie du coronavirus, le Conseil fédéral a ordonné une suspension temporaire des poursuites. Cette suspension des poursuites aura effet du 19 mars 2020 au 4 avril 2020 et sera immédiatement suivie par les féries de poursuite qui durent du 5 avril au 19 avril 2020.     The new Swiss international insolvency law - How does it affect foreign insolvency practitioners?

    On 1 January 2019, the revised Section of the Swiss Private International Law Act (PILA) regarding cross-border insolvencies entered into force. The revision became necessary as the previous regulation was criticised in particular for its protectionist elements, which also were a recurring topic in discussions with foreign colleagues and insolvency practitioners.
