On May 31, 2021, Kumtor Gold Company CSJC, a Kyrgyz Republic-based operator of the Kumtor mine located in the Kyrgyz Republic, along with Kumtor Operating Company CSJC, filed a petition under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (Case No. 21-11051). The company estimated $1 billion to $10 billion in assets and $100 million to $500 million in liabilities.

Alcor Energy, LLC filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case No. 18-12839).

Egalet Corporation (OCTQX: EGLT), along with two of its affiliates and subsidiaries, has filed a petition for relief under chapter 11 in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 18-12439). Egalet, based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, is a specialty pharmaceutical company that develop and manufactures pain-relief medications.

Heritage Home Group LLC, along with four subsidiaries and affiliates, has filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 18-11736).

Carbondale Glen Lot L-2, LLC, along with thirteen affiliates and subsidiaries, has filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. All of the filers are affiliates of the Woodbridge Group of Companies, LLC, whose cases are currently being jointly administered under Lead Case No. 17-12560.

Rentech WP U.S., Inc. (NASDAQ: RTKH) and an affiliate have filed chapter 11 petitions before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 17-12958). The cases have been assigned to the Honorable Christopher S. Sontchi.
