The Petition estimates the Debtors’ assets and liabilities to both be between $500 million – $1 billion.
Ensequence, Inc., a New York, NY based provider of tools for creating interactive television advertising, has filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 in the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Case No. 18-10182). Ensequence’s Petition estimates it assets to be between $1–$10 million and its liabilities to be between $10–$50 million.

Prospector Offshore Drilling S.à r.l., and 3 of its affiliates, has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 17-11572). The entities are affiliates of the Paragon debtors that filed for chapter 11 on February 14, 2016.
