The FRAm case and the French “Pre-Pack” solution

On 25 November 2015 , the Commercial Court of Toulouse ordered the “pre-pack” sale of the assets of a major French tour operator, FRAM, to the leading online travel specialist, Karavel- Promovacances. The sale will lead to the creation of the biggest French tour operator and is one of the most important “pre-pack” sales to be completed following the 2014 reform of the French Insolvency Law.
