July 2, 2014 – National Leasing Group Inc. has announced its acquisition of Norand Capital Ltd., operating as UMA Finance, a privately held commercial leasing company. Additional terms of the transaction were not released.
July 3, 2014 – Optimal Payments Plc, an online payments and risk management provider, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all of the partnership interests of payment processing entity TK Global Partners LP for consideration of $210 million comprising $150 million in cash and $60 million of Optimal Payments shares.
