Singapore Companies (Amendment) Act 2017 (available here). Rules on schemes of arrangement and judicial management processes also adopted the UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross Border Insolvency ("Model Law") through the introduction of a new Section 354B in the Singapore Companies Act.
Personal bankruptcy regime is governed by the Bankruptcy Act (Chapter 20 of the 2009 Revised Edition) (available here) ("Singapore Bankruptcy Act") and the corporate insolvency and restructuring regimes are governed by the provisions in the Companies Act (Chapter 50, 2006 Edition) (available here) ("Singapore Companies Act").
