Around the World in 60 Minutes: Perspectives from the Bench and Bar on Recent Insolvency Law Reform

The following session took place during International Insolvency Symposium & Cross-Border Insolvency Program in November 2021. In this session, jurists and expert practitioners from leading European, North American and Asian jurisdictions will address recent law reform initiatives in their jurisdictions, including the U.K., the Netherlands, the Cayman Islands and Singapore, as well as the European Union – and the impact of U.S. chapter 11 on these reforms.
