Appointment
Pursuant to article 157 item 1 of the Bankruptcy and Rehabilitation Law (Journal of Laws, 2009, item 175, no. 1361 as amended; hereinafter referred to as the ‘Bankruptcy and Rehabilitation Law’):
• a natural person holding a trustee’s licence; or
• a commercial partnership in which partners liable without limitation with their whole property for the obligations of such
partnership hold a trustee’s licence; or
• a company in which members of the management board authorised to its representation hold a trustee’s licence; may be appointed as a trustee, court supervisor or administrator (hereafter referred to as ‘office holders’). All three office holders are appointed by court.
