Insolvency in Ukraine is governed by the Law of Ukraine “On restoring debtor’s solvency or declaring it insolvent” (the Insolvency Law), the Civil Code of Ukraine and the Commercial Code of Ukraine. Furthermore, there are a number of related regulations, which provide for certain details of insolvency procedure.
