Even though the Dutch Financial Markets Amendment Act 2014 is still pending in the Lower House (Tweede Kamer), a consultation document for the Dutch Financial Markets Amendment Act 2015 (Wijzigingswet Financiële Markten 2015, "Amendment Act 2015") was already published on 14 August 2013.
