At the request of the foreign representative the bankruptcy court closed the Chapter 15 case administration arising from debtor’s foreign main proceeding in Cayman Islands in that the chapter 15 case had been fully administered, the U.S. assets transferred pursuant to Cayman order and tus the chapter 15 met its purpose.  In addition, there was no objections to the foreign representative’s final report.
