Where Chapter 15 cases don't have a set end date and the Foreign Representative commonly needs to ask for the case to be closed at the right time, no such request has been made in this case yet.

Accordingly, in an order to show cause, the Court administratively closed the Chapter 15 case, barred the foreign receiver from acting as a foreign representative, and allowed the lawyer for the foreign representative to withdraw due to the lack of contact with the foreign representative for about six years, the case had lingered, and the Court did not know how to get in touch with them or how to proceed.
