This is the 2nd edition of this book. The 1st edition was published by INSOL in June 2001.

In this edition, seven new country chapters have been included to the original list of countries that were covered. In total, the book covers 21 countries.

This is another INSOL publication which was launched at the 7th Quadrennial congress held in Sydney in March 2005.
